When the miracle of Hanukkah coincides with Thanksgiving, it highlights the many things we have to be thankful for- our faith, our families, our friends and our community. On behalf of the Friedel Jewish Academy PTO, I would like to express our thanks to YOU. Without the support of our amazing community, Friedel friends and families, we would not have such a vibrant and growing school full of children who are enriched by Torah. On that note, we would be thankful if you would join us for the Annual FJA Latke Lunch on Tuesday Nov. 26 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the JCC Auditorium.
Our team of dedicated students and parent volunteers will once again be frying up some delicious, homemade latkes to kick off the Hanukkah Holiday. All eat-in lunches are $5 and will be served with sour cream, apple sauce & a drink. Also available are Latkes-to go : $10 for 10 Latkes, sour cream and applesauce. Come enjoy lunch with your friends or grab tasty latkes for later while supporting the amazing school that YOU have helped build! Pre-orders made with the school are recommended.
On behalf of FJA-PTO and our students, I would like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving & a Hanukkah full of light…and of course, Friedel Latkes!
