Youth Sports: Ages 7-16

For children ages 7-16 our sports programming focuses on strengthening the skills and fundamentals of each particular sport. Programs are broken down into smaller groups, according to participant age.

  •  Gym Class for Home Schooled (Age 5 - 10th Grade)
  •  Fitness Center Orientations for Teens (Ages 13+)
  •  Teens N' Training (Ages 13-18)

  •  Youth Basketball  (Age 4 - 3rd Grade)
  •  Little Lions League (K - 2nd Grade)
  •  JCC Lions Basketball (3rd - 11th Grade)
  •  Pre-Season Pro Basketball Clinic (4th - 12th Grade)

  •  Youth Flag Football (2nd - 4th Grade)

  •  Youth Soccer ( Ages 3-9)

  •  MVP Sluggers (K-3rd Grade)

Martial Arts
  •  Family Taekwondo (Ages 6 - Adult)

Private & Semi Private Lessons
We also offer private and semi-private lessons for those wanting a little more one-on-one attention.
