For children ages 7-16 our sports programming focuses on strengthening the skills and fundamentals of each particular sport. Programs are broken down into smaller groups, according to participant age. We offer programs in the following areas...

  •  Fitness Center Orientations for Teens (Ages 13+)
  •  Teens N' Training (Ages 13-17)
  •  Gym Class for Home Schooled (Age 7 - 10th Grade)

  •  Youth Basketball  (K-5th Grade)
  •  One-Day Basketball Clinics  (Ages 5-13)
  •  Little Lions Youth Basketball (1st-3rd Grade)
  •  Select Basketball League (4th - 8th Grade)
  •  Youth Flag Football (2nd - 4th Grade)

  •  Youth Soccer ( Ages 3-9)

  •  MVP Sluggers (K-3rd Grade)

  •  Family Taekwondo (Ages 6 - Adult)
