Youth Sports: Ages 7-16

For children ages 7-16 our sports programming focuses on strengthening the skills and fundamentals of each particular sport. Programs are broken down into smaller groups, according to participant age.

  •  Fitness Center Orientations for Teens (Ages 13+)
  •  Teens N' Training (Ages 13-17)

  •  Youth Basketball  (K-5th Grade)
  •  One-Day Basketball Clinics  (Ages 5-13)
  •  Little Lions Youth Basketball (1st-3rd Grade)
  •  Select Basketball League (4th - 8th Grade)

  •  Youth Flag Football (2nd - 4th Grade)

  •  Youth Soccer ( Ages 3-9)

  •  MVP Sluggers (K-3rd Grade)

Martial Arts
  •  Family Taekwondo (Ages 6 - Adult)

Private & Semi Private Lessons
