Yoga
Yoga, which means, “to join together” or “yoke”,
works to combine the various energy levels within the body, ultimately
resulting in balance. By achieving and maintaining this balance, one can
attain greater physical and mental health. Even though the thought of
it might seem intimidating, Yoga is for everyone, regardless of fitness
level, injury or age.Classes are held upstairs in either Studio A or Studio B of our Dance Department.
