TRX Suspension Training

Originally used by Navy Seals, TRX is body-weight based training that can help in building strength, balance, flexibility, core and joint stability. The methods behind TRX training are very simple – body weight, angles, and gravity thus allowing individuals of all fitness levels to take part. Class is open to JCC Members only.

TRX is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to  ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Each session is 8 weeks long.

Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration closes the Friday of the first week in each session.
