TRX Suspension Training

Originally used by Navy Seals, TRX is body-weight based training that can help in building strength, balance, flexibility, core and joint stability. The methods behind TRX training are very simple – body weight, angles, and gravity thus allowing individuals of all fitness levels to take part. Class is open to JCC Members only.

Participants need to purchase a class card from Member Services prior to attending. To reserve a spot in the class time of your choosing please call (402) 334-6423. Attend only the class you are registered for. TRX classes are limited to 4 participants per class. TRX classes are taught by Breann or Heather.

TRX Suspension Training
Mondays, 10:30 - 11:15 a.m.
Thursdays, 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.
Tuesdays, 4:00 - 4:45 p.m.
Thursdays, 4:45 - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays, 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
