Total Body Burn

Get a metabolic workout that will blast through fat. Intervals and special exercises will give you a head to toe workout. This program is strictly for those looking to achieve weight loss. All fitness levels are welcome.

Total Body Burn is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to  ages 16+, unless otherwise noted.
