Total Body Burn

Get a metabolic workout that will blast through fat. Intervals and special exercises will give you a head to toe workout. This program is strictly for those looking to achieve weight loss. All fitness levels are welcome.

Total Body Burn is offered as part of our Small Group options. Small Group session are for groups of 3-6 individuals and are scheduled at a time that works for everyone in the group. The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Members, ages 16+, are welcome to participate. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes.
