Total Body Burn

Get a metabolic workout that will blast through fat. Intervals and special exercises will give you a head to toe workout. This program is strictly for those looking to achieve weight loss. All fitness levels are welcome.

Total Body Burn is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Each session is 8 weeks long.

Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration closes the Friday of the first week in each session.
