A speed, agility, and strength workout is geared towards teens, ages 13–18, looking to get in shape, lose weight, or make gains before the next sports season. TNT classes are limited to 6 participants.

Teens N' Training is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to  ages 16+, unless otherwise noted.
