A speed, agility, and strength workout is geared towards teens, ages 13–18, looking to get in shape, lose weight, or make gains before the next sports season. TNT classes are limited to 6 participants. Class meets once a week. Attend only the class time you have registered for. Class are led by Steve.

Tuesdays      4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
Thursdays    4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
Fridays         4:30 - 5:00 p.m.

Each 8 Week Session: $96

Teens N' Training is part of our small group training classes. Classes are $96 and meet once a week. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC Members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are restricted to a minimum of 3 participants and maximum of 4 to 6. Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. There are no refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration will close the Friday of the first week in each session. Register at, at  (402) 334-6419, or at  Member Services.
