Teens N' Training (TNT)

Ages 13 - 18 |  Open to JCC Members 

A speed, agility, and strength workout is geared towards teens, ages 13–15. Teens will build strength, endurance, and stamina, while learning a variety of lifting techniques.  This, once a week, 12-week program is a great way to get in shape, or prepare for an upcoming sport. Please register for a specific class time and attend only that class.

New! Competitive Edge Athletic Training

Grades 5-12  |  Open to JCC Members & Non Members

The Athletic Department and the Fitness Center are joining forces to present Competitive Edge, a new 4 week athletic enhancement program. Participants will work on improving running mechanics, acceleration and deceleration, multidirectional agility, and body awareness.  This class is the perfect way to gain speed, agility, and plyometric training for basketball and other sports. Class time is determined by age.

Sessions will be led by Josh Dolph, CSCS certified Personal Trainer. Josh is a former collegiate athlete who interned for the University of Texas Football strength and conditioning program where he  worked with top caliber Division 1 football players as well as a number of current NFL players.

Fitness Center Orientation for Teens

Ages 13+  |  Open to JCC Members 

Is your teen ready to use the fitness center?  Teens, over the age of 13 who have passed the Teen Orientation are more than welcome to complete a workout on the fitness center floor. This program is a great way for your teen to learn proper technique, safety, and a routine that will help them grow into a healthy adult.
