Sports Conditioning Personal Training
Prepare for the best sports season ever. Sports Conditioning Training is perfect for high school or college athletes looking to improve their competitive edge. Swimmers, triathletes, marathoners, cyclists- everyone can benefit! All sessions will be led by Jen Freeman, and ACE and AFAA certified personal trainer, ACE certified and sports conditioning specialist. Sports Conditioning is open Members, ages 16+, or those ages 13+ that have completed Teens N’ Training.

Sports Conditioning focuses on:

•  Agility, power, and speed assessments
•  Body composition, core strength, and endurance assessments
•  Weekly customized workouts
•  Sport specific exercises to improve skill, coordination, and enhance performance
