Our NEW small group training format, is as easy as 1, 2, 3...
1. Form a Group (3-6 friends or family members)
2. Choose Your Trainer
3. Pick Your Time
Do better together! Small group training is a great way to share the cost of working with a certified personal trainer with the built-in benefits of accountability and fun. Small Group session are for groups of 3-6 individuals and are scheduled at a time that works for everyone in the group. The program is ongoing, so members can begin at any time. The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Members, ages 16+, are welcome to participate. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes.
