Get closer to your goals in just 8 weeks! We now offer a variety of small group training classes! All small group classes meet once a week. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC Members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are restricted to a minimum of 3 participants and maximum of 4 to 6.


Small Group Training

$96 / Session
Each session is 8 weeks long. Registration codes are listed under each class. Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. There are no refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration will close the Friday of the first week in each session. Register at jccomaha.org, at  (402) 334-6419, or at  Member Services.

Couch to 5K 
Train to run a 5K/10K. Class rotates through cardio and cross training workouts with extra workouts to complete on your own.

TNT: Teens N’ Training  (Ages 13-18)
Workouts are perfect for those looking to get in shape, lose weight, or make gains in agility and strength before the next sports season.

TRX Suspension Training
TRX training can help in building strength, balance, flexibility, core and joint stability. TRX uses body weight, angles, and gravity to get results.

Mashugana (Crazy) Fit is for making strength gains. Build and sculpt muscles to create the defined look of a weight lifter without the bulk.

Foundation Barre
Learn Barre principles of breathing, pelvic placement, and joint stabilization (hip, knee, and ankle placement), allowing you to progress to advanced Barre workouts with ease.

Pre/Post Natal Barre

Total Body Burn
Strictly exercise for weight loss and fitness. Each class will provide a metabolic workout that blasts through fat. Nutritional Counseling with our Registered Dietician can be purchased for those looking to maximize results by also focusing on their diet.
