Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC Members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are restricted to a minimum of 3 participants and maximum of 4 to 6.

Each session is 8 weeks long. Registration codes are listed under each class. Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class.
There are no refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration
will close the Friday of the first week in each session. Register at

Couch to 5K
Train to run a 5K/10K. Class rotates through cardio and cross training workouts with extra workouts to complete on your own.
