Get closer to your goals in just 8 weeks! We now offer a variety of small group training classes! All small group classes are $96 and meet once a week. Classes are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC Members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Class sizes are restricted to a minimum of 3 participants and maximum of 4 to 6. Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. There are no refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration will close the Friday of the first week in each session. Each 8 Week Session: $96
Foundation Barre Small Group will focus on building the principles of
your Barre practice. Focus on breathing, pelvic placement,
stabilization, and hip, knee, and ankle placement to ensure proper form
and reduce risks for pain and injury. A strong foundation will allow you
to achieve more and help you progress to advanced Barre workouts with
ease. Class led by Maggie or Breann.

Pre/Post Natal Barre
Class is a fun and effective way to maintain and improve fitness during
and after pregnancy. Participants will learn safe exercise to improve
common pregnancy symptoms and post-natal imbalances. Whether you are
preparing for the big day, or 3 years post, this class will leave you
feeling energized and ready to take on mommy tasks! Class led by Maggie

TNT: Teens N’ Training
A speed, agility, and strength workout is geared towards teens, ages 13–18, looking to get in shape, lose weight, or make gains before the next sports season. TNT classes are limited to 6 participants. Class meets once a week. Attend only the class time you have registered for. Class led by Steve

Couch to 5K - NEW!
Looking for a new adventure or is running a 5K/10K on your bucket list? Let us help you get there with our new Couch to 5K training program. As a group you’ll rotate through cardio and cross training workouts, and then be provided with workouts to complete on your own. Class led by Jen or Steve. Our first session of Couch to 5K will end with our JCC Fun Run* on April 30th to benefit the Jake Lucoff Sleep-a-Way Camp Fund. (*optional event. Additional fee)

Mashugana Fit - NEW!
Mashugana (Crazy) Fit is geared towards those looking to make strength gains. Our trainers will help you build and sculpt muscles to create that defined, cut look of a weight lifter. Like the name says... get crazy fit with Mashugana Fit! Classes led by Ed, Breann, Steve, or Terry.

Each week you’ll get a metabolic workout that will be sure to blast through fat. This program is strictly an exercise for weight loss program. Nutritional advice or sessions can be purchased separately with our RD. Total Body Burn will start with the May 3rd session. TRX Suspension Training
TRX is body-weight based training that helps build strength, balance, flexibility, core and joint stability. Participants need to purchase a class card from Member Services prior to attending. To reserve a spot in the class time of your choosing please call (402) 334-6423. Attend only the class you are registered for. TRX classes are limited to 4 participants per class. TRX classes are taught by Derek, Breann, or Heather.
