New! Cardio Pilates     JCC Members  |  Age 16+
Bring your heart rate up in this 60 minute cardio class using Pilates Reformer Jumpboards and low impact aerobics.  Partnered with toning exercises, this class will chisel your muscles using: weights, bands, glide discs, weighted mini balls, and Pilates rings. Please register for a specific day and time and attend only that class. Space is limited to 4 people per class. Unsure if this class is for you? Small Group Reformer sessions are a great way to get the benefits of Reformer training at group pricing. You must purchase your sessions prior to joining a group. Call (402) 334-6423 to obtain class times and to reserve a spot. Space is limited to 4 people per class.
