Sunday Social Run

Join trainer Jen, and other avid runners at the JCC on Sunday mornings for an outdoor social run. It is recommended that you feel comfortable running a minimum of 4 miles to join the social run.

Although there is no charge for this program, we ask that you register so we can communicate with you throughout the running season.
