New! Aqua Boot Camp     Members, Age 16+
This is not your grandma’s water aerobics! Join us for five consecutive days of water based strength training and cardio endurance. Each 45 minute class will be held in the outdoor competition pool. Water walking, cardio laps and core busting moves are all on the menu. It’s a great way to add some variety into your workout routine during the summer. Register today.  Instructor: Heather Bucksner

New! Strongman Competition   Members & Non, Age 16+
Join us for some friendly competition at our Strongman Competition! First through third place fir each event will be scored. The person with the most points at the end wins! There will be prizes for 1st and 2nd place finishers. This event will be held outdoors on the JCC soccer field / playground area. Snacks and drinks will be available.

New!  Sunrise Poolside Yoga    Members & Non, Age 16+

New!  Pilates & Prosecco    Members & Non, Age 21+
Those ages 21+ are invited to join us on the pool deck for our 2nd annual Pilates & Prosecco. Participants will be guided through mat and reformer pilates workouts followed by drinks, snacks and socializing. Register on-line, at Member Services, or by calling (402) 334-6419. Space is limited.

Fitness Challenges
you up for the challenge? They are fun and easy to join! Complete the  tasks and win great prizes.

July 1-31  |  Summer Shred
(App based challenge) Burn 5,000 calories through the month of July and earn a free J water bottle. All workouts must be tracked through the Omaha JCC app to receive credit.

August 1-31  |  Teamwork Makes the Dream Work 
(Non-app challenge) Stuck in your same old routine? Switch up your program for an exciting and upbeat routine change! Try a variety of Group Exercise classes to break out of your rut. Meet new instructors and fellow members. Group Exercise classes are free for all Members. Those that complete 20 classes in August will earn $20 J bucks. Pick up a tracking sheet at the Member Services Desk.

2019 Training Challenge 
Workout with a Personal Trainer 100 times in 2019 (January - December) and earn a JFit t-shirt as well as $20 J Bucks!  No need to register. Your sessions will be tracked as you use them.

Swim Around Israel Challenge 
How far can you swim in 2019? Sign up and log all of your swim sessions from January through December. Those that swim 100 miles or more (from Jerusalem to Haifa) will receive a t-shirt!
