Pre/Post Natal Training

Maintain and improve fitness during and after pregnancy. Learn safe exercise to aid in common discomforts and post-natal imbalances. All classes are led by Maggie.

Total Body Burn is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Each session is 8 weeks long.

Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration closes the Friday of the first week in each session.
