Pre/Post Natal Training

Maintain and improve fitness during and after pregnancy. Learn safe exercise to aid in common discomforts and post-natal imbalances. All classes are led by Maggie.

Pre/Post Natal Barre is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to  ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes.
