We are proud to offer several fitness options for new and expecting mothers. All classes are led by our Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Baby Boot Camp

Tuesdays, 12:00  |  Held upstairs in the Community Room

Baby Boot Camp is a great opportunity for new moms to bond with their baby while improving their post-delivery health. Moms will be guided through a total body workout by a certified pre and post-natal exercise specialist. Moderate intensity cardio training and total body strength will be incorporated into the workout, as well as specialized core workouts focused on healing diastasis and building pelvic floor strength.

Mothers are encouraged to bring their babies, ages 6 weeks to 6 months, with them. Babies can held using a wrap or body carrier. Sleeping babies can stay in their car seat or stroller. When possible, you will be encouraged to involve your baby in the activities. If you plan to put your baby on the floor, please bring your own baby blanket or mat. If your baby is on the move, please supervise them carefully so all babies have a safe and happy experience.

Drop-In Class      Cost: $10 per class or just $34 for the month

This is an ongoing class. Drop-in fee of $10 is charged at the time of attendance (you must have a card on file to process the charge). You do not need to pre-register, but we suggest arriving to class early. Participation is limited to ten and is first come, first serve.


Pre/Postnatal Small Group Sessions

Pre/Post Natal fitness is offered as part of our Small Group options. Small Group session are for groups of 3-6 individuals and are scheduled at a time that works for everyone in the group. The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Members, ages 16+, are welcome to participate. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Pre/Postnatal Personal Training

Expecting moms and those who have returned from delivery can train with Maggie Thomas, our Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist to gain a sense of empowerment that grows within yourself and your family unit. You can achieve the knowledge to have peace of mind and confidence in your body during and after pregnancy! Sessions are by appointment.
