PILATES Personal Training

Our certified Pilates Instructors will guide you through a customized and challenging workout to help you reach your fitness goals. Sessions may be individualized with one-on-one training or with a small group. Small group training is for 2-3 people.

SMALL GRoup PILATES CLASSES

Looking for a fresh take on a cardiovascular and strength routine that builds balance and core strength? Pilates Reformer group classes use various tools, including the Cardio Trampoline®, a specialized attachment for the Reformer that allows for controlled jumping exercises and core work. The impact is low, but the results are fantastic!

New! Drop-In Pilates Reformer Circuit    JCC Members  |  Age 16+
Drop-in Pilates Circuit will be a challenging 60-minute class for all levels, allowing you to move as your body can, while increasing your flexibility and core strength. Pilates Reformer focuses on slow controlled movements to target slow twitch muscle fibers, building strength and burning fat at the same time. By moving slow you continuously engage your core and push your body to new heights.  This class can be modified for all fitness levels. Prior Reformer experience is recommended before joining this class.

Drop in Rate:   $25 per class
Class registration is required at least 24 hours in advance.
You will be charged at registration. No refunds will be given if you do not attend. Classes must have 6 participants. You will be notified by 10 a.m. the morning of class if it is canceled due to low participation. Should this occur, participants will be given an option for refund or to apply their registration to a future class. Call (402) 334-6426 to register.

Space is limited to 4 people per class. You must purchase a Pilates Reformer Class Card and have completed 3 intro classes prior to joining. Pilates class cards can be purchased at the Member Services Desk.

Meg Lee, Certified Pilates Instructor
Meg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science & Wellness and is certified in Mat Pilates and reformer Pilates. Meg has been teaching Pilates reformer for 12 years.
