Meg Lee, Certified Pilates Instructor

Meg holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science & Wellness and is certified in Mat Pilates and reformer Pilates. Meg has been teaching Pilates reformer for 12 years. Holly Smith, Certified Pilates Instructor

Holly is a certified Pilates Instructor. She completed Pilates Mat and Reformer training through Balance Bodies. Pilates is a form of exercise she loves to teach because it is physically challenging, increases body awareness, and helps make everyday movement easier and more efficient. She’s excited to working with members of all ages and levels.

Rachel Wipf, Certified Pilates Instructor

Rachel's Pilates journey began in early 2000 when she became challenged with a debilitating autoimmune illness.  She found Pilates was the one thing that helped to strengthen and restore her body. Since then, it has been Rachel's passion to share and teach Pilates. Her goal is to help you understand the feeling of being centered, finding your inherent inner strength, and revealing your most centered self.
