Free Group Exercise classes

With over 70 classes per week there is something for all JCC Members. Locations vary per class. Group Exercise classes are FREE for all JCC Members. 

Group Exercise classes are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. When maximum capacity for a class is reached, we cannot allow anyone else into the class. To secure a spot, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes early.

Upcoming Holiday Hours

The following hours will be followed in observance of the High Holidays. On the evening the JCC closes at 6:00 p.m., there will be NO evening Group Exercise classes, or Fit & Sit.

Fit & Sit, our Fitness Center Childcare, is open to those with a family-level membership. Parents can take a dip in the pool, crank out some cardio in the Fitness Center, or participate in one of our FREE Group Exercise classes, while their kids are cared for by our professional staff.Reservations are required. Morning Hours  (For ages 6 weeks - 8 years)
Monday - Friday    8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Sunday                8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Morning Fit & Sit is open to kids ages 6 weeks - 8 years and is held in the Fit & Sit Room only.

Evening Hours  (For ages 6 weeks - 12 years)
Monday               5
:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday          5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
