Free Group Exercise Classes

We offer a wide variety of classes including: Cardio Pump, Circuit & Strength, Interval workouts, Mat Pilates, Master Fitness, Mick Doyle Kickboxing, Spinning, Strength on Step, Sunday Stretch, Total Body Conditioning, Triple Threat, and Water Fitness. You asked for it, you got it! Starting July 1st, 2013, all of your Yoga classes will be available free of charge for JCC Members. Take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and try a class today!


Fit & Sit Childcare - NEW Location!

We are pleased to announce that our Fit & Sit Fitness Center Childcare has a new area, located upstairs in the NEW JCC Youth Lounge. Come and see the new space at the JCC Youth Lounge Grand Opening on Sunday, June 2nd, from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. Please join us!

In addition, we are pleased to announce that Fit & Sit will become a FREE service to JCC Members beginning July 1st, 2013. (Until this time, the $3/ hour charge will still apply). Registration for Fit & Sit is still required, and there is a maximum of 15 children at a time. Fit & Sit hours are Sunday through Friday, 9:00 am - Noon.
