Golf Conditioning

JCC Members  |  Ages 16+

Unleash your body’s potential and improve your golf game by working with our certified personal trainers and golf conditioning specialist.

Golf Conditioning focuses on:
•  In-depth postural assessment
•  Pre and post balance assessment
•  A private session each week with customized workouts
•  Exercises to build posture, balance, core strength, mobility, and movement through swing

Golf Conditioning is offered as part of our Small Group options. Small Group session are for groups of 3-6 individuals and are scheduled at a time that works for everyone in the group. The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Members, ages 16+, are welcome to participate. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes.
