Golf Conditioning Personal Training
Unleash your body’s potential and improve your golf game. All sessions will be led by Terry Bueltel, a certified personal trainer and golf conditioning specialist. Golf Conditioning is open to JCC Members, ages 16+.

Golf Conditioning focuses on:
•  In-depth postural assessment
•  Pre and post balance assessment
•  A private session each week with customized workouts
•  Exercises to build posture, balance, core strength, mobility, and movement through swing
