Sunday Social Run

Join trainer Jen, and other avid runners at the JCC on Sunday mornings for an outdoor social run. It is recommended that you feel comfortable running a minimum of 4 miles to join the social run. (If you’re not quite at the 4 mile mark, check out our Couch to 5K program!)

Although there is no charge for this program, we ask that you register so we can communicate with you throughout the running season.
