Mat Pilates CLASS

Instructor: Amy Lindhorst | Aerobic Studio
Offered as part of our FREE Group Exercise program, Mat Pilates classes are a great way to get introduced to this popular form of exercise. Class is held in the Aerobics Studio. Classic Pilates exercises will help you get long, lean, and toned. Pilates improves your core muscle strength, flexibility, balance, and posture without adding bulk. These classes are "drop-in" participation. No registration is necessary.

Mat Pilates Class Times
Mondays: 5:35 - 6:20 p.m.
Wednesdays: 7:15 - 8:00 p.m.
Thursdays: 10:05 - 10:50 a.m.


Poolaties CLASS

Instructor: Staff | Indoor Studio
This FREE class is part of our Group Exercise Program. Poolaties takes the traditional Pilates land workout to the water. Classes are held in the Indoor Pool. These classes are "drop-in" participation. No registration is necessary.
