Foundation Barre

Build the principles of a barre practice. Class will focus on breathing and proper body mechanics such as pelvic placement, joint stabilization, and hip / knee / ankle placement. Participants will gain a strong Barre foundation, allowing them to continue on to more advanced.

Foundation Barre is offered as part of our Small Group options. Small Group session are for groups of 3-6 individuals and are scheduled at a time that works for everyone in the group. The group will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Members, ages 16+, are welcome to participate. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes.
