Foundation Barre

Build the principles of a barre practice. Class will focus on breathing and proper body mechanics such as pelvic placement, joint stabilization, and hip / knee / ankle placement. Participants will gain a strong Barre foundation, allowing them to continue on to more advanced.

Foundation Barre is offered as part of our Small Group Training Program. All small group classes meet once a week, are 30-45 minutes in length and are open to JCC members, ages 16+, unless otherwise noted. Each session is 8 weeks long.

Please register for a specific day/time and attend only that class. No refunds or make-up dates for missed classes. Registration closes the Friday of the first week in each session.
