Have you hit a plateau in your fitness progress?  Are you looking to try something that will lead to gains in strength and flexibility? Drop-in Pilates Circuit will be a challenging 60-minute class for all levels, allowing you to move as your body can, while increasing your flexibility and core strength. Pilates Reformer focuses on slow controlled movements to target slow twitch muscle fibers, building strength and burning fat at the same time. By moving slow you continuously engage your core and push your body to new heights.  This class can be modified for all fitness levels. Prior Reformer experience is recommended before joining this class.

Drop-In Class Rate  |  $25

Class registration is required at least 24 hours in advance.
You will be charged at registration. No refunds will be given if you do not attend. Classes must have 6 participants. You will be notified by 10 a.m. the morning of class if it is canceled due to low participation. Should this occur, participants will be given an option for refund or to apply their registration to a future class. Call (402) 334-6426 to register.
