Beginning July 1st, 2013, all YOGA classes will be offered FREE to JCC Members. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to try out the classes you've always been curious about.
Until
this time, you must have a Yoga Punch Card or be a JCC Health Spa
Member in order to take class. Punch cards can be purchased in
increments of 10 hours. These cards can be purchased at Member Services.

Yoga 101
Designed for beginners or for those who want get back to the basics. You will learn the basic poses and breathing techniques that are used in the other yoga classes. After this class you will feel confident about entering any of the other classes.
Hatha
Basis for all other yoga. This class normally combines three elements: physical poses, controlled breathing and a short period of meditation or relaxation at the end.
Intermediate/Advanced Hatha
Takes the principles of a basic Hatha class and takes it to that next level.
Gentle
For fragile bodies that need a little extra care. A good option for those with chronic conditions, or those that are pre or post partum.
