Swim & Dive Team
Make a splash this summer with the JCC Swim and Dive Teams! The JCC is a part of the Greater Omaha Swim League. Our head coach and team of experienced coaches will teach you the skills and techniques to become a successful swimmer or diver. The Swim and Dive Team season will begin with a stroke clinic. This three day clinic will offer instructions for perfecting all four swim strokes as well as starts and turns. Swimmers and divers will practice on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Meets are held on Wednesday evenings.

Swim Team: 9:30-10:30 am (outdoor pool)
Camp members: 8:00-9:00 am (indoor pool) This practice time is for those enrolled in JCC Day Camp.
