What Our Members Are Saying...

“Water Aerobics has helped me so much. Since I joined the JCC this past summer and started taking Water Aerobics, I have lost 17 pounds and several inches! I previously took these water classes elsewhere and this weight loss just didn’t happen.” - Dora G.

Poolaties is wonderful! It has so many benefits for me; when my sons performed in a recent musical performance I could walk up to the top of the bleachers with no problem-in the past I had to make sure that I had a spot in the first row, because I was unable to step up that far. I feel so much better and I’m hoping the JCC can add another Poolaties class during the week.” - Elisabeth E.
