Swim Conditioning Clinics

JCC Members  |  Ages 13+

Swimmers interested in staying in shape for high school or college seasons - this program is for you! Five days a week for 90 minutes completing a combination of sprint, mid-distance, and distance workouts focused to keep you in shape for competition.

Practices will range from 4000-6000 yards per practice. Swimmers will need to bring fins and paddles to practice daily.
