New! Summer Swim Conditioning

JCC Members, Ages 11 & Up
This is a great program for swimmers interested in staying in shape over the summer! Most practices will be in the outdoor 50 meter pool, five days a week. Practice will include a combination of sprint, mid-distance, and distance workouts focused to keep you in shape for competition.

May 29 - August 10

Sunday Practice*    9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
Monday - Thursday Practice*    10:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
