NEW! - High School & College Summer Swim Conditioning
JCC Members, Ages 16 - College Senior
Swimmers interested in staying in shape for HS and College seasons this is a great program for you! Most practices will be in the outdoor 50 meter pool, five days a week. Practice will include a combination of sprint, mid-distance, and distance workouts focused to keep you in shape for competition.

Monday - Thursday Practice* 10:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.
