E-News - April 27, 2016

April 27, 2016  |  19  Nisan 5776

Let us say THANK YOU 1,474 times!
Our  2016 Annual Campaign could not have happened without you! This year, we saw many "firsts" including our first Kids Campaign event  ever in Omaha!  Also, this was the year we reinvented Campaign Cabaret and hosted a new fundraising concept with the Omaha Kehilla Cup, and all with your support.

The gifts we give are making a profound impact on the lives of Jews here at home, in Israel and around the world and we are proud to be a part of this vibrant community that makes it happen!

We thank you all--donors, volunteers and leaders in our community . Because of you, we are able to provide quality Jewish education, send our teens to Israel, assist our seniors, show our support to Israel and maintain a vibrant and active campus with fantastic programming.

We ARE- Impacting today and imagining our tomorrow.

From the Los Angeles Times:
"The Jewish story is under assault"
Who are the Jews? A religion? A people? The question has taken on a special urgency in our time.  On Passover we celebrate the birth of the Jewish people through our escape from Egypt.  It's the beginning of a coherent historical narrative...  Read this insightful op-ed piece in its entirety by clicking here.
