Family day at the zoo

Must register online by June 17th

Join old friends & make new ones at this fun family day at the zoo!
Recommended for families with children 12 & under. Older siblings & grandparents welcome.

New this year: Hands-on activities after we meet up for snack!

SCHEDULE:

• 9 a.m. Meet at main (south) entrance if you purchased tickets through PJ Library

• 9:15 a.m. Families meet by the lion sculpture near the entrance to walk around the zoo together (Rain plan: Meet in the Desert Dome lobby and tour the Desert Dome, rainforest, and aquarium)

• 10:45 a.m. Meet for kosher snacks at the indoor seating area next to Husker Grill (Rain plan: Meet for kosher snacks in the Lozier Theater lobby)

• 11:30 a.m. Special hands-on activities with the Friedel teacher Bob Goetchkes

Families without zoo memberships may purchase discounted admission ($5 per person for ages 3 & older) through PJ Library, but you MUST pre-register by 5 PM, June 19th.
